Mattapan Tech Provides Affordable High Quality Certificate Career Training Programs
Mattapan Tech's Summer Paid Youth Job Training Program - From June 30 To August 12

The Mattapan Tech Youth Summer Job Training Program is designed to help our youth develop IT technical & employability skills and gain work experience. Mattapan Tech helps young people discover high-demand career opportunities by shadowing them with accomplished professionals in many industries. Mattapan Tech's Youth Summer Program also promotes positive youth development and reinforces social values by helping youth to adopt the appropriate behavior necessary for healthy, engaged, and productive lives.

Youth will experience rich opportunities that foster hope, capacity , leadership and resilience. We are convinced that is necessary for children to start developing work skills and work ethics at a very young age to build a more just and equitable society. This is the reason why this year Mattapan Tech will allow youth 14 to 22 years old to participate in the program. Mattapan Tech's strategy includes:  modeling, mentoring, practical job training and job coaching.

Mattapan Tech’s Summer Youth Program addresses the problems of youth employment, safer community, economic justice and racial equity.  Although the program prioritizes disadvantaged youth residing in areas that are the most affected by systemic racism, the program is open for all youth. Mattapan Tech is an equal opportunity organization.
