Morning: Computer & Network Technical Support Specialist: Hands-On  PC Repair & Network Technician/ CompTIA A+ Exams Prep:
Program starts on Tue., May 01,18 - 9:30 am- 12:00pm

Desktop support specialists are in charge of providing excellent end user experience, which includes resolving potential or actual technical issues. One of their main duties is troubleshooting different operating systems, hardware devices, and other peripherals.This IT training program includes: Computer hardware and Network technology. Students will learn how to build, upgrade and configure computer hardware and Operating System- Troubleshooting methodology - Installing, maintaining personal and business computer systems- Network technology - Network design & implementation - Network Management and Network security - Creating business documents, spreadsheets and presentation - Creating and managing competitive social media for organization success - Team-work & leadership skills - CompTIA A+ Exams Preparation.

Class meets every Monday and tuesday from 9:30am to 12:00noon - Duration:  7 weeks of on-site hands-on workbench and CompTIA A+ Exams preparation. Membership Fee:  $150. No membership fee for youth between the ages of 16-21 years old.

CompTIA Network+.(morning, 7 weeks)CompTIA Network+ Exam Preparation. This certificate program is also available on-line.
Program starts on Monday March. 12, 2018 -10am to 1:00pm

In this program, students will be introduced to: Network Technology - The OSI Model and Networking Protocols - Addressing and Routing -Network Components and devices - Cloud Computing Basics - Network Installation and Configuration - Cabling and Wiring, Wireless Network Technology - Network Management - Network Optimization - Network security - Network Troubleshooting Etc- Duration: 7 weeks of Instructor led classroom lecture and lab - CompTIA Network+ Exams preparation.

Class meets every Monday and Tuesday from 10am to 1:00pm
Job roles: Network technicians install, maintain and troubleshoot Local Area Networks, Wide Area Networks and data communications equipment. They also analyze and fix network-related problems reported by users. Network+ certified technicians play important roles to improve communication and collaboration, inside and outside an organization.

This program is designed to share clear, understandable, and practical methods for achieving excellent results. No pre-registration required, walk-in for evaluation. Students learn basic English fundamentals needed for daily communication at home and work, US history, basic citizens rights and civic responsibilities.
